3 Ways to Face Your Fears!

1. Do it afraid. It’s just as brave!

We can feel courage and fear at the same time, but the trick is to override that feeling of backing down even when we’re weary of what’s ahead.

2. Be Vulnerable

It may make us feel uncertain and exposed to truly listen to our emotions, but this will help to really find out what scares us and how to conquer our own thoughts and fears.

3. Don’t Overthink. Just Do!

The more time we have between us and what we’re afraid of will only build up worry and anxiety. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Start and start fast!

4. Final Thoughts & Devil’s Bridge (pictured above)

Now I didn’t walk out on this bridge because I’m semi afraid of heights and wasn’t going to mess with something called the “Devil’s Bridge.” So I guess point 4 of this is that you don’t have to conquer EVERY fear you have if you don’t want to, especially ones your innate biological senses are telling you to avoid.

But cheers to Paige for completing this hike & walking out there! I anointed myself the job of watching hikers from the sidelines, commenting things like “What are they doing?!” and “Are they CRAZY?!”
